The Knights in the Classroom are now offering a Grade 5 First Nations Game Show programme!
Utilizing their tested and perfected game show format, this workshop will touch upon all areas of the curriculum centered around the impact of interaction between the First Nations people and the European explorers. It covers both parties perspective as well as the cultural differences and the impact on the fur trade and colonization. Using a variety of question types, this multimedia presentation includes videos, hands on aspects, artifact exploration, as well as large motor skills activities.
This session also includes an optional archery demonstration where three lucky students are selected to try the historical activity while under strict supervision. This is available at no extra cost.
This workshop is 3-hours long and includes 2 to 4 instructors.
