Cancellation Policy
The Knights in the Classroom is part of the O.E.I. Onsite Education Inc. registered educational charity.
We have a zero-penalty cancellation policy. This means no school, community group, camp, organization or seniors facility will be charged should the need arise to postpone or cancel an event.
We wish to operate with the utmost understanding. As long as our policy is not abused we will continue with this policy. We hope to always be able to postpone or reschedule bookings, but if that is not possible cancellation is achievable with no fee or penalty.
